In line with The Jesuit Mission of "care of the individual”, Redfern Jarjum College supports Jesuit Australia's commitment to justice for First Nations peoples and to reconciliation between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff and non-Indigenous staff work together to provide a culturally rich program, contributing to reconciliation both within our school and other schools in the local and Jesuit communities.
We are aware of, and teach about, issues which matter to First Nations peoples, engaging in truth-telling and respecting First Nations cultures.
At Redfern Jarjum College, we nurture strong, confident and Deady First Nations children, providing cultural experiences with a focus on collaboration with family and community.
