Our vision for reconciliation at Peter Pan Early Learning Centre is to teach and learn about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ histories and cultures. We strive to do this in a way that is respectful and engaging to develop educators, children and their family’s knowledge and understanding of the diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and identities. We will endeavour to provide meaningful and authentic learning opportunities for our children in our daily programs and practices. Our vision is to strengthen the relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous peoples with a view to increase acceptance, equality and equity, and unity. We want to develop a centre culture where all children's voices are actively heard, and all children are provided equal and equitable opportunities in educational opportunities and outcomes.
