VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

At our service, we envision a community where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures, and perspectives are deeply respected, meaningfully embedded, and actively acknowledged every day.   Our RAP commits us to walking together in reconciliation through genuine relationships, continuous learning, and purposeful action. We strive to create a learning environment where all children, families, and educators feel a sense of belonging, connection, and pride in the worlds oldest living cultures.  Through collaboration with local Elders, community members, and one another, we aim to cultivate a culture of respect, truth-telling, and shared responsibility. Together, we commit to growing a service that not only acknowledges the past, but actively builds a more inclusive, just, and reconciled future for the generations we lead. In our everyday practice, we uphold the values of respect, responsibility and reconciliation - nurturing a culture where truth-telling, collaboration and equity shape the experiences of our children, families and educators.
