At Kidz Biz NSR, our vision for reconciliation is to create a welcoming, inclusive, and culturally safe environment where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, histories, cultures, and perspectives are recognised, respected, and celebrated every day.   

We acknowledge the Whadjuk Noongar people as the Traditional Custodians of the Land on which our service stands and pay our deepest respects to Elders past and present. We honour their enduring connection to land, waters, skies, and community, and we are committed to embedding this understanding into everything we do.   

Through strong relationships, genuine partnerships, and ongoing learning, we strive to build cultural understanding and respect among children, families, and educators. Our programs provide opportunities for children to connect with Country, engage in shared learning experiences, and develop pride in First Nations cultures and perspectives.   

At Kidz Biz NSR, reconciliation is a journey we take together one of truth-telling, respect, and unity. We are dedicated to walking alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to build a future grounded in understanding, equity, and shared responsibility for caring for each other and for Country.
