At Believe Early Learning we are committed to doing our part in supporting reconciliation by building respect and a sense of unity with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.  We aim to provide a culturally rich and proud centre which is a safe space for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to share their cultures, histories and traditions with us as. We plan to do this through the partnerships we are building with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, through the experiences we plan for the children and the practices we are embedding in our daily interactions.   Â
We acknowledge that this is a journey and we are commited to improving our knowledge through professional learning and collaborating with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.   Reconciliation in our centre looks like educators who are confident in being culturally inclusive, unity, respectful realtionships between all and how we communicate and educate the children.   Our vision for our centre is one where all people feel safe and proud of their culture and feel welcomed to share.   Â
