At Randwick Montessori Academy, we believe in creating a welcoming and respectful environment where all children learn about and celebrate the rich cultures and stories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and culturally safe learning space that empowers every child, family, and staff member to feel connected to this land and its First Nations people. 

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land on which our centre stands, and we pay our respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging.  

Our vision is to build meaningful and ongoing relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, communities, and organisations, ensuring their voices and knowledge guide our educational practices. 

Through culturally responsive teaching and community collaboration, we aim to nurture reconciliation values of respect, equity, and unity in the hearts and minds of our children, staff, and families laying strong foundations for a just and inclusive Australia.
