Our vision for reconciliation is to plant the seeds of respect and embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into our service and programs, by demonstrating a sense of belonging and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples cultures and perspectives within our service and community.  Â
We aim to nurture positive relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, by setting the foundation for future generations to build inclusive and compassionate relationships, recognising diversity, and teaching the values of empathy, kindness and cooperation.     Â
Our team is supported to respectfully engage in learning experiences, build authentic relationships, and practices to deepen their understanding of the true histories of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures and their contributions. Â Â
Our endeavour is to educate and share what we know with each other and our wider community, to actively listen to the voices and perspectives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members to build a sense of belonging to the Country we share and live on. Â Â Â Â
