Tiny Graduates Learning Centre acknowledges and respects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' cultural histories, heritages, traditions and deep connections with, and custodianships of, the Land.  Our vision for reconciliation is a future where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are actively recognised and celebrated as being the First Nations peoples of Australia, a world where the unique rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are respected and actively upheld, and all children have a sense of belonging and self-determination in their lives.  Our education and care service are committed to giving our children and families the opportunity to respectfully engage with, learn about and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. At Tiny Graduates Learning Centre, we recognise the importance of early childhood education and that it is the pathway to a reconciled nation. We understand the importance of creating a culturally safe learning environment that acknowledges their diverse histories and traditions of this nation to form a safe haven for all children and families at our service. We acknowledge the rights of the child, and we respect childrens voices, cultural identities and right to be treated fairly with no discrimination through respectfully and responsively incorporating the many ways of knowing, being and doing.
