Our vision for reconciliation is to create a culturally safe and inclusive environment where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families, and communities feel respected, valued, and heard. We recognise the deep and continuing connection First Nations peoples have to Country, culture, language, and community. Â
Through meaningful relationships and age-appropriate learning, we aim to respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives in our everyday practice, curriculum, and play. We are committed to teaching children about the importance of fairness, respect, and shared history, and to fostering empathy and understanding from the earliest stages of their development. Â
Our staff will engage in ongoing cultural learning and reflection, ensuring our practices support reconciliation and truth-telling.  We understand that reconciliation is a journey, not a destination. Together with families and the community, we strive to walk alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples towards a future that embraces equity, justice, and unity for all.Â
