VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

At Little Kindy Dalyellup, we acknowledge the Wardandi people of the Noongar Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the Land on which we live, learn, and play here in Bunbury.  We recognise their continuing connections to the land, waters, and community, and we pay our deepest respects to Elders past and present. We extend this respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and acknowledge their enduring cultures and contributions to our community.     Little Kindy Dalyellup is dedicated to creating a space where inclusivity and respect are at the core of our interactions, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued. Through our programs and daily practices, we strive to build strong, positive relationships and work towards healing and understanding between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous people, paving the way for a future where kindness and harmony thrive in our community.     At Little Kindy Dalyellup, our staff are deeply committed to our vision for reconciliation, understanding the profound significance of reconciliation in the educational context, and are dedicated to integrating its principles into our everyday practices. Our team is committed to building meaningful relationships with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members, actively listening to their voices and perspectives and reflecting these in our vision for reconciliation and our program to ensure our approach is respectful, inclusive, and effective in promoting a harmonious and equitable environment for all.
