Our vision for reconciliation at Knoxfield Headstart is for a unified, culturally safe and rich community that recognises, values and respectfully embeds the perspectives, cultures and histories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.  We recognise that we have a unique opportunity to embed reconciliation initiatives including raising awareness, driving change, and inspiring our educators, children, families and broader community to work towards building and maintaining respectful relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous people.
