At Goodstart Early Learning Watsonia, our mission is to foster a deeply inclusive and culturally respectful environment where reconciliation is a continuous and collective journey. We are dedicated to respectfully including the rich cultures, rights, and experiences of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples into every aspect of our educational practice. Â Â As a community of educators, we commit to embedding reconciliation actions into our daily practice by championing unity through recognising and celebrating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples cultures and perspectives. We strive to provide children with a range of learning experiences which enhances their knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures and histories in a respectful manner. We focus on building connections with First Peoples within our centre and the wider community. As an early learning service, we aim to advance education through ongoing professional learning that enhances our cultural responsiveness. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
