Here at Treasured Tots, we are striving towards deepening understanding of the histories and cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders Peoples. We can do this by recognising and acknowledging the wrongs of the past and the continuing effects that it has on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples since colonisation. We will take action to move forwards with acceptance, respect, and understanding, building meaningful relationships between First Nations peoples and the wider community. Our Reconciliation Action Plan is our continuous planned strategy on how we at Treasured Tots intend to create and maintain stronger meaningful relationships and partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. We believe in celebrating the rich cultures and heritages of First Nations peoples and working alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander business and organisations to deliver a curriculum that educates the younger generations and community of families and staff in a culturally, inclusive and sensitive manner.
