At Papilio Box Hill, our vision for reconciliation is to provide equal and equitable educational opportunities and outcomes to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and all children. We believe in creating a safe, supportive, nurturing, stimulating, engaging, inclusive environment and developing life skills for each and every child in our care. As a service, we believe that reconciliation must live in our hearts, mind and actions towards all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We are committed to recognising the diverse cultural backgrounds and histories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their connections to the land, water and community. We believe that our RAP is a continual process that we will add to as a team, individually and as an organisation. Our values are to respect the diverse cultural backgrounds of the First Nations community, being inclusive and advocating for children's rights for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and all children.  Â
