Our vision for reconciliation is to cultivate a vibrant and empowering RAP community within our centre, where local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members to actively participate and thrive within our preschool community.

By fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment, we aim to create a sense of belonging and pride for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, and all children ensuring they feel valued and embrace their strong cultural identities. Through collaborative efforts with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, we aspire to build bridges of understanding and respect, promoting a united future in celebration of the diversity of First Nations cultures heritages.

In parallel, we are committed to empowering our staff to deepen their understanding of First Nations peoples and cultures by providing opportunities for education, dialogue, and immersive experiences to cultivate a team that is culturally sensitive, respectful, and knowledgeable about the rich heritage and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
