Our vision for reconciliation recognises that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples cultures are the oldest continuous cultures in the world and that our role as educators is to ensure we are respectfully embedding the perspectives and histories of the First Peoples of Australia.Â
We respect the diversity of cultures and perspectives among Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, meaningfully including these in our daily routines and programs. We provide educational opportunities for children to learn about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples stories and experiences as we buildrespectful relationships between our service and the local First Nations community, deepening our understanding of Country.Â
Together, we will connect, and build respectful relationships, with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, recognising the importance of culture caring for Country. Â
