Our centre envisions a community built on respect, understanding, and unity, where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, histories, cultures, and perspectives are acknowledged and respectfully embedded in everyday learning. We acknowledge and honour the Bigumbal Peoples, Gamilaraay Peoples, as the Traditional Custodians of the Land on which we learn and grow, and pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging.
Through meaningful partnerships, cultural responsiveness, and collaborative programs with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, we will foster friendship, connection, and shared learnings between children, families, staff, and the wider community, creating a foundation for a future of equity, inclusion, and reconciliation.
