Great Beginnings Kariong acknowledges the Darkinjung people as the Original Custodians of the Land on which we play and learn. All children of Great Beginnings Kariong will be provided with an understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people's cultures and perspectives, demonstrating respect for the Land and Original Custodians. Understanding the rich cultural heritages of First Nations peoples is imperative to developing a deep respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and a value for how we care for Country.
