At Green Leaves we aim to foster reconciliation in our service and wider community, by respectfully sharing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and perspectives. We commit to providing opportunities for staff, families, and children to develop their knowledge and awareness of First Nations peoples cultures and perspectives through appropriate engagement with play-based learning.
We seek authentic partnerships with local First Nations, Elders, leaders, and community members built on respect. We hope that through our RAP, we grow on our reconciliation journey and support the service community to be inclusive and respectful of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples cultures, histories, and perspectives.
