At NCC Early Learners Goondiwindi our vision as a whole for reconciliation is that our educators, children and families along with the wider community have a deep and meaningful personal connection with and understanding of reconciliation. Â Â
We aim to build a loving, caring community within our service and to build meaningful relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within the community.Â
We will continue to provide learning opportunities for the education team to engage and develop professionally and personally, in deepening their understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, perspectives, histories and cultures.    Â
Through this Reconciliation Action Plan, NCC Early Learners Goondiwindi endeavour to encourage to current and future generations of what it means to recognise and respect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People as the First Custodians of Lands throughout Australia.
