At Children's Choice Minto, we recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Custodians of this Land. We deeply respect their cultures and histories, aiming to respectfully integrate their stories and knowledge into our curriculum and daily practices.  Our vision is to create a workplace and community where reconciliation is not just a concept but a lived reality. Through respectful dialogue, meaningful actions, and genuine partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, we aspire to build a future where all voices are not only heard but amplified, and all cultures are celebrated. Our goal is to educate both staff and children, and to achieve this, we will extend remunerated opportunities to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders and community members to join our service and share their wisdom,cultures and histories. Understanding the profound connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have with the Land, we are committed to educating both children and staff about the importance of caring for and honouring the Land, recognising its spiritual significance to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
