At Stirling North Preschool, our vision for reconciliation is to build a community that truly acknowledges, respects, and celebrates the rich cultures and ongoing contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We recognise their deep connection to this Land and value the important role they continue to play in shaping Australias story. We aim to build respectful and reciprocal relationships with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in our reconciliation journey. Â Â We are committed to creating a learning environment where children develop a deep understanding and appreciation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures, and ways of being. Through play-based learning, thoughtful provocations, and intentional teaching practices, we strive to nurture curiosity, respect, and empathy in every child, empowering them to grow as culturally aware and inclusive individuals.
