To Nido Seaford, reconciliation means respectfully integrating the perspectives and culture of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples throughout everything we do. Â
Staff members are supported to develop their knowledge of the histories and cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Nido Seaford will always strive for an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, safe and included. Our curriculum will include and embed the eight Aboriginal ways of learning throughout all learning environments. We will take time to reflect upon how we can improve and ensure our Reconciliation Action Plan is an evolving and living document.Â
