At Seeds Montessori our philosophy is based on creating a culturally responsive environment that is inclusive, warm and nurturing, where we understand the importance of relationships based on trust, respect and belonging.    As educators within early learning we believe that the first step to reconciliation is education, empowering all generations to learn about, acknowledge and respect the rich and diverse heritages of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities. Together we are laying the foundation for a future with equality, equity and integrity for all.    As Seeds Montessori is located on Kaurna Land we  respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples perspectives throughout our curriculum and daily routines  We are committed to continually improving our knowledge by liaising with  Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the local community and sharing this knowledge as well as our goals for reconciliation with our educators, families and children.        Â
