Our vision for reconciliation acknowledges the long-term, respectful collaborations required to build a reconciled Australia. We will strive to use our roles as educators to understand, inform and educate ourselves, by continuing to connect with the local First Nations community, and seeking ongoing learning opportunities, and sharing this learning with children and families that become part of our service. Our reconciliation journey will cultivate respectful relationships, with both people and Country, and in turn create a place of respect, trust, equity and equality for all.
