Our RAP is the expression of our commitment to learning, understanding and promoting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and traditions. We seek to do this by providing meaningful opportunities to staff, children, families and the wider community to deepen their understanding of the histories, cultures and perspectives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through the actions we undertake in our RAP.
Our staff will participate in a Cultural Awareness Training aimed at increasing understanding and appreciation of Aboriginal and Torres strait Islander peoples, histories, cultures and achievements to further enhance relationships and build stronger connections with First Nations Peoples.
