As an early education and care service, we are committed to providing equal and equitable outcomes and opportunities for all children, especially Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children who attend our service. To educate the children in our care, we recognise the importance of developing our understanding of, and respect for, the Bullongin People and the Country on which we reside, learn, and explore.   We  ensure that our teaching is respectful, and that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples cultures, perspectives, and histories are meaningfully embedded into our daily practices. As a service, we are dedicated to engaging with the local community to build strong, respectful connections and relationships with the Bullongin People as Traditional Custodians.  We are committed to ensuring that all educators, children, and families have opportunities to deepen their knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the enduring significance of First Nations cultures. This commitment is embedded throughout our service in our relationships, research, programs, practices, and community involvement.  Â
