Our vision for reconciliation at Goodstart Griffin is to grow as a team to develop our understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures and contributions.

The responsibility of ensuring the next generation of Australians grow up with connection to and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' perspectives and Australia's true history is a vital role we hold as educators.

We respect the First Peoples of Australia as the Traditional Custodians of the Land and acknowledge our collective guilt and past and current wrongs, aiming to restore our relationship through embedded connections in our local community. We work towards unity and equality and equity between all Australians and a culture that acknowledges and accepts our shared history.

We continue to provide quality educational experiences and learning environments for  Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, creating a culturally respectful and proud early education centre.

Our service is building connections within the Gubbi Gubbi community to further benefit the educator, children and family to understand and connect with our rich knowledge of the Gubbi Gubbi community on which land we reside.
