Springs Early Education on Jewell is committed to actively supporting all dimensions of reconciliation and helping to create national unity and harmony. We commit to ongoing professional development, learning, and developing our children's, educators, and families knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ histories, culture, and perspectives.  Springs Early Education on Jewell is committed to respectfully engaging and building positive two- way relationships with local Elders and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members when developing our curriculum and everyday practices. We will actively listen to diverse ideas, encourage broad and deep engagement and collaboration, and respectfully include First Nations Peoples’ perspectives, experiences, cultures and ideas into our daily programs and at the forefront of early learning experiences.
