Through empathy, understanding and kindness, we strive to incorporate the perspectives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples into our daily programs, aligned with the EYLF and the NQS. We strive to foster a sense of belonging for all Australians, free from bias and racism, by actively acknowledging and respecting the rich heritages and cultural diversity of First Nations peoples.

As educators, we are dedicated to deepening our understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ perspectives and experiences. This ongoing learning will enable us to engage families and children in authentic and respectful educational experiences across all areas of our service.

We are committed to seeking opportunities to build meaningful connections with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members and Elders. Through our efforts in reconciliation, we continue to support equal and equitable opportunities for both First Nations and non-Indigenous people.
