At Rostrevor College Stepping Stone Early Learning Centre, we envision a future where all children grow up in an Australia that acknowledges and respects the cultures, histories, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We are committed to creating a culturally safe and inclusive environment where children, families, and educators develop a deep respect for the First Peoples of this Land.  

We believe that early childhood is a powerful time to develop understanding, compassion, and connection. Through meaningful relationships, ongoing cultural learning, and active community engagement, we strive to embed reconciliation into the heart of our centres practices. We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we learn and play, and we honour their enduring connection to Country, culture, and community.  

Our vision for reconciliation is one where every child grows up with knowledge and pride in Australia's First Nations peoples, walking together toward a more just, equitable, and united future.
