At Casa Bambini Essendon, reconciliation means creating a safe, welcoming space where every child is respected, valued, and has a strong sense of belonging. We honor and acknowledge the First Nations people as the Original Owners of the Land, the Wurundjeri people and recognise the importance of teaching children reconciliation.      Reconciliation is about learning together, listening with open hearts and actively engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' cultures and histories in our daily practices. We are committed to building relationships with First Nations people and the wider community based on trust, kindness, and understanding; to helping children grow up with respect for all people and the Land we live on.      By planting these seeds of knowledge and empathy early, we hope to support a future where all children and communities thrive together in their reconciliation journeys.
