Sesame Lane McLennan Court recognises the Traditional Custodians of the Land on which our service is located, we acknowledge and respect their connections to land, sea, creek and country, and the thousands of years of knowledge and ownership of this Land held by Traditional Custodians.  

Sesame Lane Child Care are committed to ensuring that every child and family has strong knowledge and understanding of the continued significance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures and of the stories and wisdom that  First Nations peoples share with us as they choose.   We will respectfully consult and seek advice from Elders and Traditional Custodians in our community as part of our commitment to continuous understanding and embracing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures within our centre at McLennan Court Sesame Lane.      We commit to continuing our authentic understanding and growth of knowledge in Aboriginal and Torres strait Islander culture, providing a culturally safe space for children, families, and community.
