Springs Early Education

Springs Early Education is committed to a shared vision for reconciliation. Engagement from educators, staff, families and the community are integral for a holistic perspective of and collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and the wider community for reconciliation. Action through ideas, engagement and collaboration brings Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives, experiences, cultures and ideas to the front of early learning with a focus on embedding respect within our pedagogy and practice.

Springs Early Education aims to empower all staff and children towards being responsive  by acknowledging and implementing curriculum, policies and procedures to support continuous learning, actions and exploration of Australia's true histories, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander peoples, perspectives and cultures.
