At Play and Learn Upper Coomera, our vision for reconciliation is to provide a culturally responsive, inclusive, and supportive environment that embraces and values the voices, cultures, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We are committed to walking alongside the local First Nations community, fostering genuine, respectful, and collaborative relationships built on active listening, mutual trust, and shared learning.  Through our Reconciliation Action Plan, we strive to deepen our understanding of the true histories of Australia, create culturally safe spaces, and provide meaningful opportunities for children, families, and educators to connect with and learn from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, organisations, and communities.
