Nino Early Learning Adventures - Bundoora

At Nino Early Learning Bundoora, we are dedicated to fostering reconciliation and cultural respect within our learning environment. We acknowledge the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the Land on which we live, learn, and teach. We honor their cultures, histories, and contributions, and we will respectfully integrate these values into our curriculum and practices. 

Our vision is to create an inclusive environment where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures are respected, celebrated, acknowledged, and embedded in daily life. Through consultation with communities, we ensure that children grow up with a deep respect for diversity and our shared history. Education is key to empowering the next generation to respect, protect, and care for the land and its people. 

We support cultural safety for our educators by providing tools and knowledge to engage meaningfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives. This includes fostering a commitment to learning, listening, and collaborating with local communities to uphold culturally safe practices. 

Sustainability is central to our vision, guiding children to appreciate environmental stewardship and the responsibility they hold in caring for the Land. We aim to nurture future advocates for social justice and environmental care by fostering awareness of history, culture, and reconciliation.
