Story House Early Learning Warrnambool's vision for reconciliation is for all staff, children, families and the community to build respect for and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, and histories. We strive, as a service, to continue to build and foster genuine respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander. We will commit to and support staff in learning, unlearning and relearning about reconciliation to ensure cultural responsiveness. Reconciliation will be modelled and taught within our service, through respectfully embedding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples perspectives in our curriculum and learning environments to ensure we are an inclusive, respectful and culturally safe place for all staff, children and families. Â
