At Jellybeans Meadow Springs, we are committed to fostering a culturally inclusive and respectful learning environment where children, families, and educators come together to explore and acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, histories, cultures, and perspectives.   Our vision for reconciliation is building respectful, and ongoing relationships with First Nations peoples, particularly within the local community. We will actively seek opportunities to meaningfully engage with Elders, Traditional Owners, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations and community members to ensure that our practices and teachings reflect authentic First Nations voices, perspectives, and knowledge.   Through community partnerships, we will provide children with meaningful experiences and are committed to learning from and with First Nations peoples, embedding our learning into our curriculum and everyday practices.   We encourage families to be active participants in our reconciliation journey, creating a collaborative space where we can all listen, learn, and grow together. Our educators will engage in continuous professional learning, ensuring that reconciliation is not just a concept, but a lived practice present in all aspects of our centre.   By nurturing strong and respectful relationships  with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, we aim to create an environment where every child develops respect, empathy, and a deep appreciation for the rich cultures of the Traditional Custodians that have continually cared for this Land for thousands of years. Together, we will walk towards a future of unity, truth, and shared understanding.     Â
