This commitment is rooted in fostering genuine, respectful relationships with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, and honouring the rich knowledge, cultures, and histories of the Wurundjeri Nation, the Bunurong people, and all First Nations peoples.   Our vision is to actively support reconciliation by cultivating an environment of respect, inclusivity, and mutual understanding. We are devoted to developing and sustaining policies, practices, and programs that authentically embrace and reflect the cultural heritage and perspectives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, their families, and the wider community.   We recognise that true inclusion is an ongoing journey of dialogue and partnership. We remain committed to building relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as a key part of our reconciliation journey.
