At Lambert Avenue Preschool, our vision for reconciliation is to create a culturally safe, equitable and inclusive environment where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander poeples true histories, cultures and perspectives are respectfully embedded into everyday practice. We are committed to respectfully building meaningful relationships with First Nations peoples and communities, and to nurturing generations of children who grow up with a strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples  connections to Country, respect for diversity of First Nations cultures, and an understanding of our shared histories. Through ongoing learning, reflection, and collaboration, we aim to deepen our understanding and actively contribute to reconciliation, both within our preschool and the wider community. We recognise this is a continuous journey and are motivated to walk together in partnership toward a more just, inclusive and reconciled Australia. Â
