At Brady Bunch Early Learning, we believe in reconciliation and fostering equality and equity. Our vision for reconciliation is for all staff, children and families to be knowledgeable and respectful of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, histories, and cultures.
We will continue to learn, unlearn and relearn about the true histories of Australia and First Nations peoples. We strongly believe in reconciliation and working together towards our shared future. We continue to provide opportunities for staff professional development, attendance at events and learning experiences, and strengthen relationships with local Gubbi Gubbi/Kabi Kabi people to form reciprocal partnerships as part of our reconciliation journey.
Educators are supported to utilise their learnings to strengthen our pedagogy and practices to ensure Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ perspectives are respectfully incorporated into our everyday program.
