Our vision for reconciliation is based on the learning and professional development of our team to better understand and respond to cultural diversity within our workplace. In building upon our knowledge and understanding of the true histories and cultures of Indigenous peoples, our service aims to better teach children about the diverse cultural needs, and even at times challenging our own bias as educators.
Our vision for a reconciled Australia feels like a strong appreciation for the talent and skills of Indigenous Australians, practicing unity and inclusion and respecting the diverse cultures. In a measurable goal, our service aims to embed the acknowledgement of country within the service and being aware of the learning opportunities for the team.
