The Balnarring Early Learning Centre community are committed to reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We are committed to educating ourselves so that we can educate the children in our care, teaching them about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives, as we believe our young people are our future. Alongside our Reconciliation Action Plan, we will be guided by the Child Safe Standards to ensure equity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families and the community. We are also committed to building and maintaining relationships with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.Â
