At CubbyOOSH Killarney Vale we believe that reconciliation should be about truthfully acknowledging the past to meaningfully drive future actions and attitudes around how we openly see, treat, and accept Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. 

Therefore, our vision for reconciliation involves gaining a deeper understanding of the continuing significance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, lores and kinship. We strive to build positive two-way relationships built on trust and respect between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Indigenous Australians in our After School Care community and throughout society. 

We are committed to supporting equal and equitable learning opportunities for both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous people, ensuring the unique rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are recognised and upheld through the community. We strive to understand and accept the wrongs of the past and the impacts on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples since colonisation as we shape a stronger, reconciled future.
