Our vision for reconciliation is to ensure that the true histories, perspectives, and cultural knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are respectfully engaged with in our pedagogy and practices. We are dedicated to creating an environment where every child, family, and staff member feels a strong sense of belonging and cultural safety.     Reconciliation for our team means respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples perspectives authentically within all aspects of our practice, curriculum, and community engagement. We are committed to ongoing learning and reflection to deepen our understanding and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures.     As part of our reconciliation journey, Goodstart Glenorchy actively supports and contributes to the goals outlined in our Reconciliation Action Plan. We commit to implementing actions that promote cultural awareness, build respectful relationships, and foster equal and equitable educational outcomes and opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples within our services and broader community.     Through these efforts, we aim to nurture a culture of respect, inclusivity, and unity that reflects our shared commitment to reconciliation and the ongoing journey towards equality and recognition.
