At Goodstart Wonthella, our vision for reconciliation is a future where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families, and communities are respected, included, and acknowledged in every aspect of our early learning environment.     

We are committed to building strong, meaningful, and respectful relationships with First Nations peoples, grounded in truth-telling, cultural understanding, and a shared commitment to equity and equality. Our educators and children will learn together about the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, embedding these into our everyday practices, play, and curriculum.     

We believe that reconciliation begins with the youngest learners. By fostering a culturally safe and inclusive space, we support children to grow with empathy, respect, and a deep appreciation.
