Goodstart Early Learning Ballajura's vision for reconciliation is to support educators, children, and families to learn about, and develop their knowledge and understanding of, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, and perspectives. We strive to respectfully embed First Nation Peoples' perspectives and stories into our curriculum and promote reconciliation through recognising the unique rights of the Traditional Custodians of the Lands throughout Australia. We aim to develop respectful and trusting relationships with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities through attending community events, having open and honest communication, and storytelling.
