Our vision for reconciliation at Goodstart Nollamara is one of mutual respect and understanding. Where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the wider Australian community can come together to learn, appreciate and grow respect and understanding of the rich Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures that have existed for tens of thousands of years and continues to exist today. Our commitment to equality, understanding and respect will contribute to our goal of sharing true histories and celebrating First Nations peoples and cultures for current and future generations. We believe that people who are respected and know their rights can be empowered to advocate for reconciliation between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and non-Indigenous people. We strive tocontinue respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples cultures in all that we do. We are committed to building respectful relationships with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders people within the community.Â
