At Kadina Child Care Centre, our vision for reconciliation is to actively recognise and respect cultural diversity, including the diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures and identities. We are committed to fostering a sense of belonging for all staff, children, families and wider community members and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Our educational programs will continue to be used to create strong, trusting and respectful relationships, and to ensure that we are respectfully learning about the histories and cultures of the First Nations peoples of Australia, in particular the Traditional Custodians of the Land on which our service resides, the Nharangga people.
