At our centre, our vision for reconciliation is to create a warm, inclusive, and culturally rich learning community where every child, family, and educator feels respected, represented, and valued. We believe that culture is a fundamental part of identity, belonging, and wellbeing, and we are committed to honouring and celebrating the diverse cultural backgrounds of all families within our service and of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across the nation.  As part of this commitment, we recognise the deep significance and enduring strength of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures. We understand that reconciliation is an ongoing journey one that involves truth-telling, active learning, respectful relationships, and meaningful action. Our centre strives to build a culturally safe environment where First Nations peoples voices are heard, acknowledged, and respected.  We respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples perspectives into our daily curriculum in thoughtful and respectful ways. Through play-based experiences, storytelling, art, and movement, we aim to nurture curiosity and respect for the worlds oldest continuous living cultures.      Â
